Build Skills. Strengthen Your Workforce.

Hands-On Training

Precision Partnership helps Central Valley manufacturers strengthen their workforce through short-term, hands-on training at Fresno State. Developed in collaboration with local industry partners, the program helps employees build practical skills, gain confidence, and prepare for more advanced roles in manufacturing.
With customized training, flexible scheduling, and a focus on real-world applications, Precision Partnership helps employers invest in their people and build a stronger workforce for the future.
Education Built for Manufacturers
Manufacturers need skilled employees at every level, but developing workers beyond entry-level positions into more advanced roles can be a challenge.
Precision Partnership helps bridge that gap by providing practical training tailored to each employer’s workforce needs. Whether employees are strengthening foundational skills or preparing for greater responsibilities in machine operation, setup, or quality control, the program gives them dedicated time to learn and practice in a hands-on environment.

The facility features manual and automated manufacturing equipment, providing employees with opportunities to learn, practice, and strengthen their skills outside the demands of their everyday work environment.
